On Server 1 Backup the Secure Storage.
Copy the SecureStorageBackup.exe file from the SupportTools folder on the Operations manger CD to the X:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\ folder and run the application.
A series of questions will be prompted on the screen and you must include the OPSSecureStorage file in the backup to get the key.
Backup the Registry
Open Regedit.exe

Browse to

Code:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft Operations Manager

Export the registry file from the File menu.
These are the Global Operation Manager settings.
Browse to

Code:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Operations Manager

Export the Registry key from the File menu.
These are the main Administrator settings.
Backup the SQL database

Login to the Operations Manager SQL database and open the Databases\Operations Manager folder.
Select Tools>Backup from the context menu.
Select the Following settings:
·Backup Type: Full
·Name: Descriptive name with date
·Backup Set Will Expire After: 0
·Backup Location: OFFSITE
·Overwrite All Existing Backup Sets: Yes
·Verify Backup When Finished: Yes
